Job Description

Hotel is looking to employ front desk agent (primarily 3pm to 11pm but must be flexible and able to work mornings, evenings, nights & weekends). We are looking for someone who lives close by.

Successful candidate will have a outgoing and very friendly demeanor, helpful and detail-oriented. Previous Hotel/Hospitality and use of Opera system experience is a plus.

Duties include and are not limited to the following:

Checking in & out guests. Making reservations. Dealing with guest queries/concerns. Ensuring switchboard is manned at all times. Following company polices/ procedures and is able to work on own initiative. Following instructions from management and becoming part of a structured and friendly team.

Interaction with guests is key. We need to ensure that the guest feels valued during stay.

Ability to complete repetitive movement tasks, be on your feet for the majority of the shift is also required. Communication with our guests and other employees is a must, so we respectfully request an excellent command of the English language.
