If this sounds like the kind of place you'd like to work, progress, and play, we'd love to hear from you!As the Front Desk Associate you have the responsibility of welcoming customers, engaging in discussions about the facility and our product offerings, and facilitating sales transactions. This role involves registering guests both in person and over the phone, checking them in onsite, maintaining guest records, ensuring proper completion of liability forms, and handling reservations and messages. Additionally, you will be accountable for retail sales, stocking, and managing inventory.As a key player at Woodward, you will collaborate with team members across Woodward to innovate and organize a seamless experience for all. Over the next few seasons, we will continue to increase our investment in Woodward Talent to focus on innovation, progression, and the employee experience.We look forward to providing diverse, meaningful, exciting leadership and life experiences on and off the mountain!The Job:Thorough knowledge of all Woodward products, programs, and prices (winter and summer)Sell customers into correct programs and products at correct pricesEnsure the highest level of guest service to internal and external guests, with particular focus on product knowledge, guest service, and guest engagement.Ensure guests properly fill out liability waiversInput data into point of sales systems and create guest records accuratelyDistribute wrist bands to guestsAnswer telephones, check messages, and return customer calls dailyAnswer any questions potential guests may have (winter and summer)Sell and restock retail itemsMaintain inventory and conduct physical inventory counts monthlyKeep front desk area clean and free of clutterAssist with cleaning common areasWhat wexe2x80x99re looking for:Prior background in guest service or retail positionOrganized and highly efficientSecretarial experience a plusFriendly, polite, and outgoing demeanorMust pass a background checkMust have high-school diploma or equivalentYou make us Woodward.
