General Responsibilities:
- Operate the front desk and assist guests with needs
- Warmly Greet all guests
- Manage the operations of the front desk including check in and check out
- Assist guests with reservations Answer the phone and direct calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Courteously answer inquiries and make reservations
- Process payments
- Maintain Knowledge of area, events and hotel offerings
- Maintain good customer relations, answer questions, resolve concerns in a timely manner

Friendly, Professional, Courteous demeanor
Reliability and Accountability are critical to success
Desire to learn is essential
Ability to Communicate fluently in English
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
Prior experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
