Front Desk Manager
to lead the front office team and ensure smooth daily operations. This position is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise and train front desk staff to provide top-tier customer service.
Oversee daily front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Manage room inventory and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and brand standards.
Monitor financial transactions, including cash handling and billing accuracy.
Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the lobby area.
Assist with hiring, scheduling, and performance management of front desk employees.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a hotel front desk or management role required.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, OnQ, or similar).
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
