Job Responsibilities

Greet patients and collect their information. Answer phones, take messages, and schedule appointments. Verify medical insurance benefits. Become familiar with billing codes for eye services. Check patients out and collect fees. Perform various clerical duties.

Qualifications

Two years of experience with front desk duties and customer service. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask. Familiarity with medical insurance benefits or eyecare experience is a plus, but not necessary. Must present a friendly, outgoing attitude. Proven track record of reliability and punctuality. Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Respectful and considerate communication, including clear and audible speech.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
