Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide excellent customer service to all visitors and callers
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization and its services
- Assist with event planning and coordination as needed Qualifications:
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of medical or dental office procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with Google Suite and QuickBooks is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
