Job Overview: As a Bartender AKA Front Desk, you are responsible for providing excellent client experiences, facilitating shop flow, following Bartender Non-Negotiables and reporting daily sales results. We expect our Bartenders to be committed to contributing to the success of the
team and the shop. Duties:
\xe2\x9d\x96 Lead client experience from check in to check out ensuring Drybar standards are upheld
\xe2\x9d\x96 Check clients in and out through Booker
\xe2\x9d\x96 Maintain highest degree of ethics when handling client payments and Stylist tips/commissions
\xe2\x9d\x96 Troubleshoot any Booker issues and make changes to client profiles when needed
\xe2\x9d\x96 Manage Phones and ensure all Voicemail messages are answered in a timely fashion
\xe2\x9d\x96 Elevate scheduling concerns to Customer Service team when necessary
\xe2\x9d\x96 Check notes section of Booker for any special client requests \xe2\x9d\x96 Manage shop flow including pairing clients with Stylists and managing break schedules for Stylists in the absence of or by request of the Shop Manager
\xe2\x9d\x96 Serve complimentary beverages to our clients
\xe2\x9d\x96 Maintain shop cleanliness
\xe2\x9d\x96 Restock retail displays and maintain display cleanliness
\xe2\x9d\x96 Merchandising and inventory projects as assigned
\xe2\x9d\x96 Provide exceptional service
\xe2\x9d\x96 Create a bar-like atmosphere by engaging with clients and team members
\xe2\x9d\x96 Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations
\xe2\x9d\x96 Sell products, tools, and memberships
\xe2\x9d\x96 Maintain punctuality for all scheduled and picked up shifts and come to work prepared for the job
