Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Front Desk Receptionist who loves helping patients improve non-surgically, enjoys a fast-paced environment, and excels at multitasking. If you thrive in a supportive team and want to contribute to a joyful, purpose-driven workplace, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients and visitors warmly Direct patients to treatment rooms Manage incoming calls using a multi-line phone system Schedule appointments and update records Handle patient transactions for services Maintain a clean, organized front desk Support team members as needed Assist with general administrative tasks Other tasks as assigned

Computer literate Excellent phone and communication skills Pleasant demeanor with patients and staff Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with a "no excuses" attitude Adaptable, resilient, and goal-oriented Thrives under pressure and loves learning
Job Details:

Full-time (Mon-Thurs, 4x10 shifts, no nights) Pay: $16.00 per hour 40 hours per week
