Our state-of-the-art facility offers a comprehensive range of services, and we are looking for a dynamic Front Desk & Sales Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet clients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression. Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently manage appointment bookings, confirmations, and cancellations using our scheduling system. Ensure optimal utilization of staff and treatment rooms.
- Sales and Promotions: Actively promote our services and products to clients, achieving sales goals through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques. Stay informed about current promotions and treatment offerings.
- Administrative Support: Manage client records, process payments, and handle phone calls and emails professionally. Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of our service offerings and products to provide tailored recommendations to clients and enhance their experience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our medical and aesthetic staff to ensure seamless operations and excellent client care.
Qualifications: - Previous experience in a front desk, sales, or customer service role, preferably in a medical spa environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Proven sales experience with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Proficient in using scheduling and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of skincare, aesthetics, and wellness treatments is a plus.
