Front of House Team Member Responsibilities:

Smile and create emotional connections with guests Operate cash registers and serve orders with speed and accuracy Maintain a clean and productive workstation Communicate effectively with guests and team members Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Front of House Team Member Qualifications and Requirements:

Able to lift 30 pounds Cheerful and positive attitude Strong interpersonal skills and detail-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work flexible schedules and stand for long periods Demonstrate the Chick-fil-A THRIVES values
