Job Summary Responsible for providing supervision to all front office associates and ensures proper completion of all front office operation to maximize revenue and attaining optimal guest satisfaction. Front office operations include but are not limited to, directing and coordinating activities of the front desk, reservations, guest service, and ensuring the proper appearance of the lobby and all public areas. The Front Office Supervisor implements company programs and supervises the daily operations of the front desk to comply with policies and procedures, maximize revenues, and motivate associates to ensure an optimal level of quality service and hospitality are provided to hotel guests.
