POSITION SUMMARY

Our internal agency is seekinga Front-End Developer to join our internal agency team, reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Digital Production. You will be a fundamental part of our digital production team, helping to build user-centric experiences across all dimensions of the Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services business (D2C, B2B, B2B2C). To do this, you\'ll need to be a collaborative force that can work fluidly across multiple digital channels and platforms, with a keen eye for UX and digital best practice. All of this with a goal of delivering meaningful brand experiences for customers, clients and partners.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO

• Develop code from design documentation for responsive websites and email communications
• Understand cross-browser and cross-platform issues; multiple email client and email distribution software concerns and considerations
• Ensure that best practices for code and design quality are maintained through testing and QA
• Partner closely with in-house agency digital producers, creative directors and designers to clarify technical requirements for all deliverables, ensuring front and back-end development needs are considered during early design stages
• Demonstrate a curiosity to stay on top of emerging digital experience trends, while keeping the pulse of evolving best practice
• Work with account and producer teams to ensure deliverables are on brief, on time and on budget
• Quickly become an expert with regard to The Cigna Group, Cigna Healthcare and Evernorth Health Services robust offering of products and solutions

WHAT YOU\'LL BRING

• Bachelor\'s degree in technology, business or marketing related field
• 2+ years of experience building digital experiences within an agency, consulting firm or highly strategic in-house agency-must have experience producing websites, programmatic digital display and email
• A world-class digital portfolio that demonstrates flawless execution of digital experiences
• Expertise in multiple coding environments: HTML/5 and CSS/3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON,Bootstrap, JQuery, PHP
• A mastery of tools and hosting platforms: Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Ceros, InVision, WordPress, Eloqua, and Litmus
• A deep understanding of user-centered design as it relates to cross-channel digital experiences
• Strong attention to detail and a high-standard for craft in the digital space
• A collaborative spirit with an aptitude for earning trust and developing meaningful relationships
• A positive attitude with a "get-stuff-done" mindset

Must be a current contractor with Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
