Job Description


Schedule: Thursday - Saturday 2:00 PM to 10:00 PMPay Range: $17.88 to $22.77Under general supervision, actively incorporates our xe2x80x9cPhilosophy for Person-Directed Care.xe2x80x9d Develops awareness of residentsxe2x80x99 interests and needs, and assists residents to maximize their independence and participation. Provide exemplary care to residents ranging from basic needs, to activities of daily living, to recreational activities. Creates a safe environment in which to provide resident care. Duties and assignments may be adjusted at the discretion of the Director of Nursing Services and/or designee.Qualifications

  • Education xe2x80x93 High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Successful completion of the Certified Caregiver Program. Certification is required for entry for this position
  • Experience/Training xe2x80x93 Minimum of one year experience preferred
  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations xe2x80x93 Certified Caregiver Certificate CPR AZ Fingerprint Clearance Card
