Fulfillment Lead Analyst, Medicare – Remote

Job Description


As a Fulfillment Lead Analyst you would be responsible for the management of customer correspondence processes, including, but not limited to management of collateral templates, template regulatory and business brand adherence, vendor template configuration and management, vendor template mapping, internal approval template management, and updates to administrative documents related to training and job aids. This position may also be involved with vendor and internal technical teams for the management of new and updated collaterals related to the Medicare book of business.How you\xe2\x80\x99ll make a difference in this role:

  • Support Medicare books of business for external customer communications related to operational transactions (EOB, EOP, ID Card, etc.)
  • Administer the installation and changes of assigned collaterals for internal Operations teams to external customers including but not limited to new template set-up, template updates, vendor technical mapping, template defect resolution, and project participation
  • Act as the Annual Readiness lead to identify all materials requiring updates based on annual benefit, product, network changes or business requirements Provides standard professional advice and creates initial reports/analyses for review based on updates to regulatory or brand guidance
  • Perform template configuration, data quality review, and validations
  • Provide support and/or responding to inquiries and resolving issues of concern related to customer communications
  • Actively participate in a team environment
  • Develop and maintain a high-functioning documentation library for filing and vendor templates
  • Manage collateral intake requests from business and compliance to ensure end to end process for appropriate completion and implementation
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience documentation development in a professional environment, in a federally regulated industry preferred
  • 1+ years Healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Candidate should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Candidate should have strong MCS Skills; Word required, PDF/Adobe and Excel preferred
  • Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
  • Experience with Jira and agile methodologies is a plus
  • Experience with Message Docs or Message Point authoring tool preferred
  • Experience with vendor management and technical requirements is a plus
  • Advanced organization and documentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail, critical thinking and time management skills
  • Ability to foster collaboration, value others perspectives and gain support and buy-in through partnership
  • Ability to lead and influence in a matrixed environment is critical
  • Strong business acumen, with proven ability to leverage knowledge base to quickly come up to speed in new business areas and new types of projects
  • Proven ability to collaborate with IT partners to deliver successful outcomes
