About the opportunity
We are looking for a Full Stack Senior Software Developer, with a front-end focus, to join the Dayforce Hub team. In this role, as a full stack Senior Software Developer, you will work with more front-end technologies such as React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.
The Dayforce Hub team provides functionality which allows our customers to tailor their Dayforce experience with their company branding and content through configurable widgets and styles. The goal is to increase employee engagement and alignment with organizational culture.
Your impact will be evident through your effective participation in the entire lifecycle of our software including design, analysis, prototyping, development, testing and support of our products. You will work closely and collaborate with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel to envision and deliver the required functionality. You will be conducting code reviews of peer work and mentoring other developers.

• Analyze, design, prototype, program, test, troubleshoot and support - the complete software lifecycle in your hands!
• Envision and deliver new features by working, as part of a high-performing scrum team, with clients, prospects, implementation partners, and Dayforce personnel
• Create and enhance a scalable SaaS enterprise application
• Assess risks and impacts on the existing system as new functionality is added
• Provide code reviews and architectural guidance to the team
• Mentor other technical team members
• Work with cross functional teams such as UX, UI, platform, etc.

Skills and experience we value

• Strong experience with one or more modern JavaScript libraries such as React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.
• Strong experience with HTML5, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS in a complex user interface
• Experience with UI frameworks such as Bootstrap, Kendo, etc.
• Understanding of JavaScript build tools / dependency management / transpiling libraries such as Gulp, WebPack, RequireJS, Babel etc.
• Experienced developer with ability to work with the full stack. E.g. C#, SQL
• Strong coding skills for microservices, object-oriented programming and dependency injection
• Demonstrated experience with a product for the enterprise market, preferably SaaS
• Disciplined self-starter, capable of working independently and in close collaboration within an agile development team
• Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
• Provide code reviews and architectural guidance to the team
• Mentor other technical team members
• Fast learner and extremely comfortable with building and improving complex software systems for critical business processes
• Experienced working in an Agile scrum team as a key contributor and a team player
• Able to consistently solve complex technical issues independently when required
• Excels in taking ownership of design, build and quality for assigned tasks and issues until completion
• Experienced with demands of highly performant, scalable solutions

What would make you really stand out

• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) an asset. E.g. Umbraco, Orchard, Kentico, Joomla, Drupal, etc.
• Experience working with SaaS Enterprise Software
