Full Time Attorney
Job Description
Premier Connecticut firm seeks Connecticut admitted attorney with 3 to 4 years experience to assist with diverse practice including:
Probate court conservatorship hearings;
Trust and Probate litigation;
Bench trials;
Administrative appeal hearings;
Debt collection;
Personal Injury Litigation;
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
Solid knowledge of Connecticut civil litigation procedures and practice
Experience with Motion/Memo/Pleading drafting
Solid research and analytical skills
Strong work ethic
Inquisitive nature with a desire to learn
Strong organizational and time management skills
Deposition experience
NY admission is a plus
