Arnold Motor Supply and its sister company, The Merrill Company, divisions of The Arnold Group of Companies, started in Spencer, Iowa, in 1927. You\'ll be our front-line service pro to our customers facilities and inside of our stores and focus on providing the best solutions for our customers\' automotive parts needs.

• Check in freight and assist in-store staff as needed

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of our customers!
• Knowledge of automotive parts and industry experience is preferred
• Ability to drive a company-owned vehicle including a valid driver\'s license and a safe, insurable (no SR-22) driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A commitment to being a strong team member
• Ability to work flexible retail hours (schedules are often 7:30-5:30) including alternating Saturdays

Physical/Other Requirements

• Lifting of a minimum of 50 pounds
• Safely operating company vehicle(s) to local customers
• Standing, lifting, twisting, bending, walking and sitting
• Basic computer proficiency: ability to utilize telephone
