Job Description

Moore Services Inc, a FedEx Ground contractor, is HIRING full time and part time delivery drivers.

Drivers will be operating out of the Montgomery Alabama terminal, located at 120 Folmar Parkway, Montgomery Alabama and will be making deliveries in a delivery vehicle provided by the empolyer!

We have newer trucks!

Expected to do 55- 100 stops a day!

No CDL required!

Pay:

$150 - $180 a day based on experience and performance.

Work Schedule:

Full time 5 days a week (flexible scheduling), hours 7:45am-route completion, new drivers must be available to work weekends!

Delivery Driver Requirements:

Clean Motor Vehicle Record Applicants must be 21 years of age or older 1 year of job-related driving experience (Uber/door dash, construction, landscaping medical transport, etc) Must be willing to submit to a background check Must complete a DOT physical and drug test (FedEx pays for this)! Physically able to handle up to 150lbs (with assistance of a dolly) This is a fast-paced and very PHYSICAL job, requiring you to get in and out of a truck frequently, making up to 100 stops a day.

Delivery Driver Responsibilities:

Arrive at FedEx terminal to pick up vehicle and packages Must conduct pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections Loading and Unloading packages from the truck Delivering packages to the correct destination Accurately scanning and logging packages

Our FedEx Ground company, Moore Services INC, is looking for people who have been Local Drivers, Route Drivers, Truck Drivers, Couriers, Pick Up Drivers, Delivery drivers- and if you have driven for UPS, Amazon, previous FedEx companies, DHL, Wal-Mart, Uber. Lyft or any other similar companies, that is a plus and we have full time and part time jobs waiting for you as we are hiring immediately!
