Full Time Dietary Aide Resident Facility

Role and Responsibilities:

• Prepare meals for inpatient/outpatient clients (includes prep, date stickers, pulling frozen food).
• Clean equipment according to cleaning schedule.
• Follow directions on daily client census for meal planning.
• Complete food service inspections to ensure safe handling of products.
• Vigilantly ensure stockroom, freezer, and coolers are properly organized.
• Rotate all stock by date system.
• Stock food according to Serve Safe Standards.
• Follows all DHH and CARF standards and guidelines.
• Completes all required monthly Relias training.
• Other duties as determined by the Facility Administrator and/or the Program Director.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

• Must possess High School Diploma or GED.
• Possess state approved Food Handlers Certification.
• Possession of knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations and processes relating to food preparation and safety.
• Satisfactory drug screen and background check.
