Position Summary Details

As a Hospital Hostess, your primary responsibility will be to warmly welcome and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and compassionate manner. You will play a crucial role in creating a friendly and comforting environment within the hospital, ensuring that everyone feels welcomed and supported during their time here. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming patients, visitors, and hospital staff with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Providing information and directions to patients and visitors regarding various hospital departments, facilities, and services.
• Assisting with patient check-in procedures, including verifying identification and insurance information when required.
• Escorting patients and visitors to their designated areas within the hospital premises, ensuring they feel comfortable and well-informed.
• Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area, including managing the distribution of informational materials and brochures.
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and taking messages for hospital staff.
• Monitoring waiting areas and ensuring they are kept clean and comfortable for patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• One year of similar experience preferred.
• Must be Vaccinated for COVID
• Must be able to pass a Drug test
