ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Your role as a Certified Nursing Assistant will include: * Advocating for patients and enhancing their quality of life with personalized care

• Providing hands-on nursing assistance, focusing on daily needs and personal hygiene
• Monitoring patients\' health conditions and guaranteeing quality services
• Supporting patients with daily activities, personal care, and community/social engagement
• Ensuring safe and quality support for all individuals served
• Taking prompt action during emergencies
• Using medical equipment safely and appropriately
• Reporting any hazardous conditions, faulty equipment, accidents, or incidents to your supervisor
• Maintaining up-to-date progress notes and other relevant documentation
• Participating in resident activity programs, including off-site excursions and appointments
• Assisting with household tasks and contributing to a clean, organized living environment

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: * High School diploma or G.E.D

• Completion of a CNA certification program
• Current state-issued CNA certification
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS), CPR, and First Aid certifications
