Role Overview:Take your career to new heights with NorthStar Anesthesia as the Medical Director of Anesthesia at Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown, WV. This full-time, W2 opportunity promises not just a job, but a chance to lead, grow, and thrive in a supportive environment with an excellent culture.This leader will receive a strong annual base compensation of $575k, plus a $25k Quality Incentive, $30k Medical Director Stipend, a $125k sign-on bonus, 13 weeks PTO and inclusive benefits. We welcome applicants at all career stages and value diversity, a servant-style leadership approach, and fresh perspectives.Case Mix:There is a diverse case mix, including mostly general surgery, urology, orthopedics, cardiothoracic, cath lab, OB, and some pediatrics (ASA 1 dental usually). No trauma, transplant, neurosurgery or spine, ENT or high-risk OB.What Success Looks Like:
