The Billing and Title Clerk will be responsible for administrative tasks related to vehicle sales, including processing title transfers, verifying necessary documentation, and ensuring accurate payment collection. .

PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND BEGINS BETWEEN $18.00 TO $20.00 PER HOUR.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for license and title work for Uftring Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. Post all retail deals for the dealership. File for lost, corrected, or auction titles as needed. Chrysler sales pay. Prepare dealer trades and wholesales. Prepare tax sheets. Post CVR reports. Responsible for dealership plates and stickers. Post auction and curb purchases including any payoffs or equity checks. Post dealership new vehicles and maintain C of O books and in-transit folders. Will be courier on the east side of the river once a week.

QUALITIES FOR SUCCESS:

Associates degree is preferred but not necessary. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to handle more than one task at a time. Must be a reliable team player and punctual with a good attendance record. Neat, professional appearance. Must possess a valid IL driver's license with an acceptable driving record

SCHEDULE:

Monday through Friday from 8:00 am until 5:00 pm with some flexibility.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

The compensation for the Billing and Title Clerk starts between $18 and $20 per hour. We have a solid and stable reputation - we have been in business for over 40 years and we're still growing!
