landproDATA provides comprehensive, accurate GIS data to land development professionals, including engineering firms, developers, and real estate agencies. Our platform simplifies access to critical land data, helping our customers make informed decisions.

We are looking for a disciplined, detail-oriented Data Processor to join our team. This role requires someone who can focus on repetitive data tasks with accuracy and consistency while maintaining self-motivation and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is organized, able to work independently, and takes pride in producing high-quality, accurate work.

Process and maintain land data, property records, and GIS-related information with accuracy and efficiency

Perform repetitive data entry tasks with discipline and consistency

Verify, update, and manage records related to land records.

Conduct quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness

Organize, format, and export reports for internal teams

Work independently to meet deadlines and stay motivated without constant supervision

Follow structured workflows and procedures to maintain data integrity

High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred)

Experience in data entry, land records management, GIS, or a related field is a plus

Strong ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy

Self-motivated with a strong sense of discipline and attention to detail

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with GIS software or data processing tools is desirable

Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
