Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Outside Services Maintenance Worker. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the exterior of our facilities, ensuring a clean, well-groomed, and inviting outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:


Lawn Care: Perform regular mowing, edging, and trimming of lawns to maintain a neat and manicured appearance.

Flower Bed Maintenance: Plant, weed, and cultivate flower beds, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and free from debris.

General Grounds Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of outdoor spaces, including cleaning walkways, picking up litter, and addressing any issues that may affect the overall appearance of the grounds.

Seasonal Tasks: Implement seasonal maintenance tasks such as leaf removal, snow removal, and application of fertilizers or pesticides as needed.

Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain outdoor maintenance equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.

Watering: Monitor and regulate the watering schedule for plants, ensuring proper hydration without wasteful practices.

Reporting: Communicate regularly with supervisors regarding the status of outdoor areas and report any issues or concerns promptly.
Qualifications:


Experience: Previous experience in outdoor maintenance or landscaping is desirable but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.

Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and prolonged periods of outdoor work.

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail to ensure precision in mowing, planting, and overall outdoor maintenance tasks.

Team Player: Ability to work well independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals.

Reliability: Dependable and punctual, with a commitment to consistently meeting work schedules and deadlines.

Adaptability: Willingness to work in various weather conditions and adapt to seasonal changes in outdoor maintenance tasks.
