Store Manager Duties and Responsibilities - Oversee daily operations of the shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products
- Implement strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or a related field
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
