Job Description
BNB Networks LLC is looking for Handymen, Painters, and Independent Contractors to service our properties throughout the Warrner Robins/ Griffin area for this Unit Turn season. We need independent contractors that specialize in Vacant Unit Turns, Painting and Rent Ready Solutions.
Scope:
Vacant Unit Cleaning/ Residential Cleaning
Light Maintenance
Painting
Carpet Cleaning
If you have the capacity to take on painting and light maintenance projects please contact me ASAP. You must have transportation to get to assigned sites, must have supplies, materials and staff to complete jobs, and must take before and after photos after every project is completed.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. All contractors will be required to sign a site walkthrough waiver and Vendor Agreement. Must provide estimates within 24/48 Hours of being dispatched. Payment terms vary based on job type. Typical time frame Net 30. 50% deposits available on jobs over $2,000. Please contact Jay 312-898-2831.
