, Overview


We seek a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our team in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management, particularly in quick-service or fast-food restaurants. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to effectively manage multiple aspects of restaurant operations.

Responsibilities



Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Manage inventory control processes to minimize waste and maximize profitability. Implement practical staff training to enhance performance and promote career growth. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees and customers. Utilize POS systems for efficient transaction processing and sales tracking. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase customer engagement and drive sales. Collaborate with Fundraisers and execute events, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Foster a positive work culture that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Able to handle money accurately and make deposits. Making and sending out employee schedules, having done them efficiently and accurately. Maintain regular communication with customer inquiries and organizations by email and or phone. Able to communicate with our delivery services

Qualifications



Proven experience in food management or food service management roles. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, lead, and develop a diverse team. Experience in inventory control and knowledge of food preparation techniques. Familiarity with POS systems and Handling Money Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency Must be knowledgeable with Google Sheets, Outlook, Microsoft, Nextdoor, Canva, etc. Organizational Skills

*20-21 YEARS OF AGE REQUIRED. OPEN AVAILABILITY REQUIRED, ABOUT 30-40 HOURS PER WEEK.

*2 MONTHS OF REQUIRED TRAINING. Starting in April

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
