Job Description

Solar Roast Coffee in Colorado Springs, CO is looking for one general manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and hard-working.


We are looking for someone with Bartending Experience. Barista experience is preferred, but not required.

Benefits

This position starts out hourly $16.25/hour, plus tips. After 6 months of employment Team Members are eligible for our PTO program as well as our 401K program.


Responsibilities


Oversee daily business operations Manage staff and delegate responsibility as needed Maintain excellent customer service standards Manage profit and loss figures Make sure staff adheres to store policies Staff evaluations Scheduling Store ordering and organization


Qualifications


Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers Positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused workplace Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize Barista Experience Bartending Experience Leadership/management experience preferred. Manager Food Handling Certification required 30 days upon hiring *ServSafe Alcohol Certification required 30 days upon hiring

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $16.25 - $21.50/hour.
