General Manger - Manufacturing

Direct Hire, Full Time

Utah County, Utah

Target Salary: $180k - $215KYR DOE plus bonus



Will build vision, strategy, and execution for a growing west coast product manufacturing industry. Company will double in staff this year, and double again the year after. While they are local, they are part of a larger international organization and will compliment their customers/clients with this business product offerings. Plan and oversee the financial strategy including owning the P&L, reporting, and auditing local and presenting to the parent company executive leadership.

While you will be the primary spokesperson for the company, the organization is still small enough for you to participate and provide leadership in sales, marketing, programs, products, strategic client & business-partner alliances. You must be someone who can inspire confidence and create trust while still working under deadlines and pressure. Their products manufacturing growth is on trajectory by end of this year for 10x and then 20x their production manufacturing lines to accommodate their larger fortune 1,000 clients product commitments.

Occasional travel to their Texas, California, and client site locations.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years full-product manufacturing leadership experience

• 5+ years in senior leadership
• Experience with corporate governance
• HR and personal management
• Background in an engineering field so you will have background/knowledge of the scope of the engineers on the various teams and how they perform.
• Background and/or involvement with sales and/or marketing to very larger client customers and how to negotiate those product deliverables
• Experience owning, building, and managing your own division or company P&L
• Experience with cash-flow analysis, budgeting, forecasting
• Project Costing
• Contract negotiation
• Policy and procedure development
• Experience with strategic business partnerships
• Experience or knowledge of media affairs and public relations (you will be the main spokesperson in this role)
• Bachelors Degree in a technical field
