What You'll Do

Lead Sales Success

: Make 50+ outbound calls daily, connect with prospective clients, and convert leads into loyal members.

Drive Studio Growth

: Generate leads through grassroots marketing, networking, and community outreach. Get creative and put your stamp on our launch strategy!

Launch a New Studio

: Play a central role in opening a brand-new studio. From hiring the best talent to creating a welcoming space, your leadership will set the tone for success.

Build Relationships

: Cultivate relationships with local businesses and organizations to expand the studio's reach.

Develop Talent

: Train, coach, and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and hit sales targets.

Stay Organized

: Manage inventory, ensure operational compliance, and maintain a clean, well-organized studio environment.

Create Exceptional Experiences

: Ensure every client interaction reflects our high standards, helping them feel supported and inspired to reach their goals.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of sales or membership sales experience (bonus points if it's in fitness or wellness!). A confident, motivated self-starter who can generate leads and close deals. Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach a team to success. Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people. A creative and entrepreneurial mindset, ready to think outside the box. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passionate about helping clients achieve their goals and building a thriving community. Availability to work weekdays, nights, and weekends as needed.
