Duties

Lead and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all departments. Oversee store management activities including inventory control, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Utilize POS systems to track sales performance and manage financial transactions accurately. Recruit, train, and develop team members to build a high-performing workforce. Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork among staff to enhance overall performance. Implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer service experiences. Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure favorable terms for products and services. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Requirements

Proven experience in store management or a similar role within the retail industry. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks. Demonstrated ability to sell products effectively while providing exceptional customer service. Proficiency in using POS systems and other retail management software. Strong negotiation skills with experience in collaborating with sales teams or vendors. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.

Pay: $46,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
