This role is also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:xc2xb7 Reads pick sheet or computer terminal to determine items and quantities to be selected.xc2xb7 Pulls/pushes cart for use in collecting order components.xc2xb7 Selects product from appropriate location and places on cart.xc2xb7 Verifies correct product(s) and quantity of each item are present.xc2xb7 Seals cartons either manually or utilizing box sealer tape machine.xc2xb7 Operates electronic scanning equipment.xc2xb7 Restocks picking locations with returned product.xc2xb7 Properly replenishes an assigned area (A frame only).xc2xb7 May be required to assemble kits.xc2xb7 Follows safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.xc2xb7 Maintains a clean and orderly work area.xc2xb7 Performs other duties as assigned.REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:xc2xb7 High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.xc2xb7 Regularly lifting up to 40 pounds and occasionally lifting and/or moving up to 70 pounds with assistance.xc2xb7 Work environment may be exposed to powders, chemicals and allergens (peanuts, tree nuts, milk, dairy, eggs, wheat, gluten, soy, fish and shellfish).EXPERIENCE:xc2xb7 One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.xc2xb7 Prior manufacturing or warehousing experience preferred.SKILLS:xc2xb7 Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.xc2xb7 Ability to write simple correspondence.xc2xb7 Ability to effectively present information to other associates.xc2xb7 Ability to count, add and subtract.xc2xb7 Ability to follow written or oral instructions.xc2xb7 Ability to deal with issues in standardized situations.The approximate hourly pay for this position is $17.00-$18.02.
