Duties

Supervise daily operations to ensure efficient service and adherence to quality standards. Lead and motivate staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Oversee food management processes, including inventory control, food handling, and compliance with health regulations. Coordinate catering services and special events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to build a skilled team. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction. Manage budgets and financial performance, analyzing sales data to drive profitability. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure the timely preparation of high-quality meals in both fine dining and quick service settings.

Skills

Proven experience in hospitality management, preferably in fine dining or quick service restaurant environments. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop team members. Knowledge of food management practices, including food safety regulations and handling procedures. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, customers, and vendors. Experience in catering operations is a plus. Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in restaurant management software is advantageous.
