Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Materials Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing on a marketing strategy for 3DP Materials globally. Through collaboration with BUs, Regions and Corporate Marketing teams, you will be accountable for raising the visibility of materials as a key part of Stratasys AM solution in all marketing efforts of the company. In addition, you will be a subject matter expert for materials marketing, supporting all marketing functions and enabling industry best practices in all we do. Specifically, you will be responsible for ensuring global alignment for materials content, prioritization, branding, campaign planning and representation in all marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Define overall materials communications strategy and positioning, working closely with the product / commercial teams in an aligned way
• Stay abreast of the 3DP Materials industry to identify market trends and understand both customer needs, and the competitive landscape. Leverage this knowledge to support all marketing campaigns.
• With product and commercial teams, identify relevant material target markets and develop campaigns to increase brand awareness /generate leads through consistent messaging and brand positioning across all marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
• With product and commercial teams, create engaging marketing content, including press releases, blog posts, articles, and email campaigns for materials.

• Manage and maintain content for the materials dedicated pages of the Stratasys website. Align with the Corporate team on the updates and changes ongoing.

• Align with BUs and Regions to plan, organize, and execute material-focused webinars, and material content for events, trade shows, exhibitions, and product launches.
• Regularly review activities and performance with relevant stakeholders and recommend execution plans for continuous improvement

• Excellent written / verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing content.
• Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing assets.
• Strong understanding of the materials industry, 3D printing technology, and related trends - a plus.
• Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Strong team-player with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record of successfully working with external vendors, such as PR agencies
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to market needs.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• 8+ Years marketing experience
• 3+ years in materials marketing, with focus on product strategy and positioning.
• Additional languages -- a strong advantage
