About Radians Inc: Radians Inc. has been in business over 20 years. Radians has become a major leader in the safety industry by manufacturing high-performance Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the industrial, construction, and safety markets. We are hiring for a seasoned Graphic Designer who will be responsible for working with marketing, product development and other internal departments to develop and design an array of marketing communication materials. This person will be responsible for shaping the visual aspect for one of the leading safety companies in the industry, creating exciting and impactful work for the Industrial Safety Market. We are looking for a creative graphic designer with a strong design portfolio to prepare visual materials from concept to final design for all forms of communications including catalogs, brochures, flyers, logos, advertisements, packaging, displays, emails, website, videos and social media. Additional responsibilities include supplier communication to ensure materials meet all set standards and requirements, as well as maintaining a database of related graphics files. All interested applicants must be able to work onsite at Radians Inc. corporate office. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to provide a link to their portfolio.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES for the Graphic Designer include, but not limited to the following:

• Design and maintain all marketing materials such as catalogs, brochures, flyers, logos, product packaging, advertisements and more
• Must be MAC literate and have strong Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) emphasis
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and deadlines
• Work directly with the sales & marketing team to produce custom branded flyers and brochures for our customers
• Act as brand advocate enforcing consistency in brand messaging in all marketing communications collateral
• Create merchandising graphics and planograms for retail stores
• Design graphics and booth layouts for trade show displays
• Design and coordinate product launch materials for sales team and customers
• Coordinate jobsite and application photo shoots
• Ensure all final artwork files are accurate and error free, including file construction, organization, and final production
• Prepare pre-press artwork files and release them to spec for outside vendors
• Review print proofs and first-run items for accuracy and print quality
• Maintain product image library
• Evaluate and research current market conditions and competitor data as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for the Graphic Designer are :

• Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) applications
• Strong creative and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines while effectively managing time
• Ability to multi-task effectively under pressure, balancing speed and quality
• Exceptional communication and team skills
• Project management skills and the ability to work with outside vendors
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to proof work
• Willingness to learn and adapt as job and/or organization change

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Must be MAC literate and have strong Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) emphasis.
• Graphics experience a must. Must have demonstrated organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using a computer application to manage large amounts of information, including creating and editing simple databases, inputting data, retrieving specific records, and creating reports to communicate the information.
• Skilled with working with pictures in graphics programs or other applications, including creating simple graphics, manipulating the appearance, and inserting graphics into other programs.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor\'s degree with emphasis in graphic design; 2-4 years graphic design experience in advertising/marketing.
