If you are a friendly, motivated person, with a passion to serve others, the Omni Mount Washington Resort & Spa may be your perfect match. :We are looking for a reliable Groundskeeper to maintain the beautiful appearance of our golf course grounds and landscaping. Responsibilities include operating various equipment such as mowers, rollers, and hand tools to mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough, as well as rake bunkers and hand-water greens and tees. The role involves cleaning and maintaining equipment, performing light custodial tasks on grounds and buildings, and assisting with irrigation repairs and landscaping projects. Additionally, the Groundskeeper will report any issues encountered on site, respond to emergencies promptly, and assist in other departments as needed. The ideal candidate will have experience with groundskeeping equipment, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic to ensure the highest standards of maintenance.Our team members enjoy a wealth of benefits and perks, including:

• Maintain and clean all outdoor hotel property (i.e. sidewalk, drives, parking garage.).
• Keep the hotel property in good condition.
• Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.
• Open and close work requests.
• Use moderate to heavy equipment to complete duties as assigned, i.e. leaf blower, power washer, etc.
• Operate Freight Elevator as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work outdoors for extended periods of time (at least 8 hours/shift).
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time (at least 8 hours/shift).
• Self motivated, and ability to work with limited supervision.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Fulltime, part time, and on call positions available
