WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL BE DOING

• Ensure meticulous upkeep of our property grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other community buildings
• Remove trash from office areas and community on a daily basis and prepare property trash for pick-up
• Assist in the preparation of available units, including removing trash from vacant apartments and cleaning as needed
• Assist with entry level community work orders as you build your skills of your next assignment
• Perform cleaning functions while operating cleaning equipment, light maintenance duties and occasional exterior work
• Report malfunctioned equipment and/or broken furniture, fixtures, or equipment

• Early-Career Maintenance Talent \xe2\x80\x93 You may have minimal maintenance experience \xe2\x80\x93 that\xe2\x80\x99s ok! If you are self-motivated and want to grow a career in the maintenance industry, this job may be a great fit for you.
• Meet the Physical Requirements \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99re able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed and perform repairs as needed
• Problem Solver \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99re able to assess situations properly, make good judgment calls and act quickly
• People Person \xe2\x80\x93 You deliver a WOW experience for each resident and ensure a great maintenance experience
• Multitasking Master \xe2\x80\x93 You\xe2\x80\x99re able to remain on task while handling multiple work orders
