**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business development, and ensuring excellent customer service. **Responsibilities:** - Achieve sales targets - Develop and implement strategies for business development and growth - Maintain strong customer relationships through effective account management - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track sales activities and performance **Experience:** - Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development - Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively - Proficiency in Spanish is a plus - Experience in outside sales or market development is preferred This position offers a competitive salary, opportunities for career advancement, and the chance to lead a dynamic sales team.
