The Opportunity

This position works out of our Austin, TX location in the Electrophysiology division. In Abbott\xe2\x80\x99s Electrophysiology (EP) business, we\xe2\x80\x99re advancing the treatment of heart disease through breakthrough medical technologies in atrial fibrillation, allowing people to restore their health and get on with their lives.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Growth Marketer to join our growing Global Digital Experience team. As Growth Marketing Specialist, you will be critical in implementing and managing the group\xe2\x80\x99s customer acquisition funnel. You will create global and regional campaigns to support marketing activities across all stages of the customer experience: customer acquisition, activation, and retention.

Reporting to the Global Manager, MarCom & Digital Experience you will work cross-functionally with Commercial Excellence, Geo Marketing, Sales and Brand and Channel marketing teams to design and implement data-driven growth initiatives while ensuring digital best practices are met. You will work with your digital experience colleagues to field inbound requests for web, social, and marketing automation.

Our ideal candidate for this role is an expert in digital marketing with prior experience in account-based marketing and marketing automation. The candidate must be analytical and a problem solver by nature.

What You\xe2\x80\x99ll Work On
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of growth marketing campaigns, with a focus on lead gen and lifecycle nurturing.
  • Develop a unified approach to the division\xe2\x80\x99s overall marketing efforts in collaboration with the Commercial Excellence, Geo Marketing, Sales and Brand and Channel marketing teams
  • Create account-based marketing campaigns (in collaboration with relevant internal teams) that will be aimed at increasing brand awareness and engaging with existing audiences
  • Stay on top of the latest trends and emergent issues in our industry (business model changes, new tools, products, and features)
  • Leverage analytic tools to build reporting dashboards in but not limited to Google Analytics, Adobe analytics, PowerBi, heatmapping and SalesForce Marketing Cloud during market research to find ways to enhance our marketing efforts
  • Partner with Social media and digital experience colleagues to build omni-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Compile performance reports to brief leadership on marketing initiatives and attribution to business opportunity. Provide recommendations on improvement of channels and strategies
Pay and Shift [manufacturing only; if applicable]

The salary range for this position is 62,700 - 125,300K based on experience.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing or a related field required
  • At least 4 years of experience in a comparable marketing role
  • Proven track record of successful growth campaigns
  • Proficient with marketing and analytical tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe 6.5, Marketo, and SalesForce
  • Being comfortable with working in a dynamic and diverse remote environment
Preferred Qualifications

Preferred experience with project management software (Monday, JIRA, and Veeva)
