POSITION: Guest Services Agent \xe2\x80\x93 Full-timeDEPARTMENT: Guest ServicesREPORTS TO: Guest Services ManagerFLSA STATUS: Hourly/Non-ExemptSummaryASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for a full-time Guest Services Agent for ASM Global/Mountain America Expo Center. Under the guidance of the Guest Services Manager, the Full-Time Guest Services Agent is responsible for guest services events, client move in and move out, ticket taking, and event patrolling.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and protection of attendees and staff within the venue.
• Supervise client/exhibitor move in and move out safety.
• Enforces all venue regulations and procedures under the direction of Guest Services.
• Ticket taking for attending patrons for events.
• Enforces event guests and exhibitors entry and exit directions.
• Helps maintain event surveillance of the venue.
• Uses and monitors multi-channel radio and communication system to relay event information.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Experience & Knowledge

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.
• Prior security experience preferred.
• Good customer service skills, including telephone etiquette, email, and text communications.
• Dependable, team-oriented, and customer service oriented.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage self independently.
• Ability to interact with people on all levels such as management, co-workers, clients, exhibitors, and attendees.

Job Type: On-Site Full-timeWage: $17-20/hour depending on experienceSchedule: Event driven \xe2\x80\x93 Sunday through Saturday.
