Rare opportunity to join an established and busy medical spa. We are looking for a motivated individual for part time to full-time receptionist position.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct to the appropriate person
- Provide information to callers and visitors about the company, products, and services
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Assist with administrative tasks such as inventory, cleaning rooms, and assisting with aesthetic nurses as needed
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in aesthetics preferre
- Basic technical sales knowledge to assist customers with inquiries about spa procedures and products
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly reception area
