OverviewSite Coordinator will be primarily responsible for recruiting, training, and matching volunteer mentors to referred youth at Eagle View Elementary School. Also ensure meaningful family and youth activities through monthly activities and service learning projects. Site Coordinator will also be responsible for monitoring mentoring matches and with implementation of monthly activities including; group mentoring activities, 4H afterschool clubs and Family Night Out events.Responsibilities

• Recruit 20-25 youth from EagleView Elementary
• Recruit, screen and train 8 teen volunteer mentors
• Match youth and mentors into mentoring groups
• Monitor mentoring matches
• Help plan and carry out monthly family night out activities, group mentoring activities, and teaching a 4-H Afterschool club one day per week.

QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Experience working with youth
