• Bachelor\'s degree in adult education, education, human relations, psychology, social work, or a related field n
• Valid certification in hard skills track n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint n
• Knowledge about or experience in job development, human resources, or employer relations n
• Experience in workforce development n
• Knowledge about the rehabilitation field n
