livingHR is a leading human resources consulting firm dedicated to helping organizations optimize their HR processes and technologies. We are committed to delivering innovative solutions to our clients, and we are currently seeking a talented HCM/HRIS Implementation Consultant to join our team and support one of our esteemed clients in integrating their core Human Capital Management (HCM) system, ADP.

As a HCM/HRIS Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping our client streamline their new HR systems by integrating with their existing ADP platform. Your prior experience with ADP is essential to success in this role, and familiarity with Cornerstone and Lattice is a valuable plus. This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 90 days, with a part-time commitment of 25 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the client\'s HR and IT teams to understand their integration requirements and objectives.
• Assess the current state of the ADP, Cornerstone, and Lattice systems to identify integration opportunities and challenges.
• Design and implement integration solutions that ensure seamless data flow between ADP, Cornerstone, and Lattice.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of the integrations to ensure data accuracy and system stability.
• Provide training and support to the client\'s HR and IT teams to ensure they can effectively manage and maintain the integrations.
• Monitor and troubleshoot any integration issues, providing timely resolutions.
• Document integration processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference.
• Collaborate with livingHR\'s project management and consulting teams to ensure project milestones are met and client expectations are exceeded.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with ADP, with a strong understanding of its functionalities and data structures.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone and Lattice is a plus but not mandatory.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing system integrations, preferably in a consulting or similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• A self-starter who can manage time effectively and meet project deadlines.
