KBM, Inc., a national cleaning company is looking for PART-TIME HEAD JANITOR TEAM LEADER to clean, supervise, and be the keyholder at one of our service locations. Typical shift for above listed job(s): OVERNIGHT (12:30am-6:00am APPROXIMATELY). Approximately 10-25 hours per week. The days or amount of hours per week is not guaranteed or promised. Pay: $20.00/hour Service Locations: Polaris Job Overview - Head Janitor Team Leader (Overnight) This individual is responsible for performing general cleaning and upkeep of their assigned service location. Specific tasks are not guaranteed, therefore, must be flexible in performing assigned duties as outlined below:
- Supervise, coach, and train
- Clean and sanitize restroom floors, sinks, toilets, stalls in restrooms, as well as empty trash.
- Clean customer areas (mop, sweep, vacuum, dusting, etc..), as well as empty trash.
- Other janitorial duties as assigned.
- Must be 18 Years or Older
- Must have good references
- Employees must have proper documentation to work in the United States (we participate in E-Verify)
- Ability to work overnight including holidays
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions & instructions
- Positive attitude!
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
