Job Purpose:

Manage FM services in a tactical and operational level, including Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, Asset Management, and Occupancy Optimization, in line with business strategy and objectives, corporate guidelines and policies. Direct team and service providers in executing the FM tactical and operational goals.

Your tasks:

• Manage and Lead FM Real Estate activities at a Multi-City/State level
• Provide expert FM knowledge and implement Multi-City/Country processes
• Provide guidance to Facility Managers on all FM activities, future pipeline and improvement potentials
• Implement/develop and manage strong, trusting relationships with business leaders across DPDHL and partner organizations
• Direct team and service providers in executing the Facility Management tactical goals
• Ensure own team delivers an efficient, high-quality service that meets business and external needs
• Champion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems
• Assist in the negotiation of critical agreements/contracts with other departments and 3rd parties
• Influence others across DPDHL and externally as recognized thought leader representing the Group
• Oversee Facility Management services, including Engineering & Operations, Workplace Services, Asset Management, and Occupancy Optimization
• Assist the implementation of FM services and across all business units
• Assist/direct the implementation of business plans and objectives
• Manage FM budget, including creation and approval

Your profile:

• 5-8 years of relevant FM experience
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent experience/qualification
• Desirable Facility Management/Real Estate Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• Desirable Facilities Management Certification
• Professional Engineering Degree
