HEAD OF PEOPLE
VETRO Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader who has built and scaled HR programs and processes in a fast paced, high-growth environment. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, tactical leader who will act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and make a significant impact on the organization and throughout the employee lifecycle.

AREAS OF OWNERSHIP
\xe2\x97\x8f Talent acquisition - both in house recruiting and managing external recruiting relationships
\xe2\x97\x8f Translating overall business strategies and objectives into appropriate HR initiatives
\xe2\x97\x8f Design, Implementation, and management of multi-pronged programs to attract, develop and retain talent
\xe2\x97\x8f New hire orientation and specialized onboard programs
\xe2\x97\x8f Employee performance management
\xe2\x97\x8f Management/leadership development programs
\xe2\x97\x8f Employee benefit program strategy
\xe2\x97\x8f HR policies and programs
\xe2\x97\x8f Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and compliance with Affirmative Action/EEO programs
\xe2\x97\x8f Employee relations and conflict resolution

ABOUT YOU
\xe2\x97\x8f 8+ years progressive Human Resources experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment (SaaS
company experience is nice to have) at both early stage and at scale
\xe2\x97\x8b Experience in the 5-50M growth scale is ideal
\xe2\x97\x8f Forward thinking; build for today with an eye toward future scale
\xe2\x97\x8f Personal experience successfully scaling an organization and enhancing HR initiatives
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong business partner to members of the leadership team by demonstrating the ability to motivate and influence others through effective communication, accountability and subject matter expertise
\xe2\x97\x8f Transfer concepts, strategies and plans into action
\xe2\x97\x8f Ability and desire to embrace change and act decisively
\xe2\x97\x8f International experience is a plus
\xe2\x97\x8f Embrace and adopt technology to optimize initiatives, deliverables and results (proficient with HRIS
systems and Google suite)
\xe2\x97\x8f HR Certifications: PHR or SPHR a plus
