HEAD OF PEOPLE
VETRO Inc. is seeking an experienced HR leader who has built and scaled HR programs and processes in a fast paced, high-growth environment. We are looking for a proactive, hands-on, tactical leader who will act as a strategic partner to the Executive Leadership Team and make a significant impact on the organization and throughout the employee lifecycle.
AREAS OF OWNERSHIP
Talent acquisition - both in house recruiting and managing external recruiting relationships
Translating overall business strategies and objectives into appropriate HR initiatives
Design, Implementation, and management of multi-pronged programs to attract, develop and retain talent
New hire orientation and specialized onboard programs
Employee performance management
Management/leadership development programs
Employee benefit program strategy
HR policies and programs
Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and compliance with Affirmative Action/EEO programs
Employee relations and conflict resolution
ABOUT YOU
8+ years progressive Human Resources experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment (SaaS
company experience is nice to have) at both early stage and at scale
Experience in the 5-50M growth scale is ideal
Forward thinking; build for today with an eye toward future scale
Personal experience successfully scaling an organization and enhancing HR initiatives
Strong business partner to members of the leadership team by demonstrating the ability to motivate and influence others through effective communication, accountability and subject matter expertise
Transfer concepts, strategies and plans into action
Ability and desire to embrace change and act decisively
International experience is a plus
Embrace and adopt technology to optimize initiatives, deliverables and results (proficient with HRIS
systems and Google suite)
HR Certifications: PHR or SPHR a plus
