The Role:

We're looking for a

Talent Acquisition and HR Manager

to help lead our recruiting efforts and

develop HR strategies

that align with our vision for growth and innovation. This is a

key leadership position

that will shape the future of our workforce.

What You'll Do:

Lead talent acquisition efforts

to attract and hire top performers. Develop and execute HR policies and programs that drive

engagement and performance

. Partner with leadership to create and deliver

strategic workforce plans

. Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to

empower teams

. Foster a culture that emphasizes

collaboration, accountability, and growth

. Fill job opportunities with qualified candidates.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of recruiting leadership experience preferably in construction or trade.

Proven track record of building and scaling teams in

dynamic environments

. Strong knowledge of

HR best practices

, compliance, and talent development. Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Passion for creating a

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
