This role will be remote first. The person who fills this role must be within a commutable distance to the Best Buy Health caring center in Novi MI, San Antonio TX, Reno NV.
As a Retail Activations Representative you will take inbound customer calls for device activation, listen to and answer customer questions, and ensures that every customer has a positive experience with Best Buy Health. You will make the best recommendation for products, plans, and value-added services that can sometimes even save a customer\xe2\x80\x99s life. A successful team member will fully explain the benefits and value of our life-saving products and services. We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for candidates who excel at problem solving, kind and direct communication, and are performance driven.
What you\xe2\x80\x99ll do
Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from retail customers, providing relevant and accurate information on products and services
Answer customer questions and provide appropriate solutions
Present and sell new products and additional value-added services
Maintain performance based on goals and objectives
Maintain strong knowledge of all wireless products, accessories, pricing plans, promotions, and service features offered
Receive back to back calls while maintaining excellent verbal/interpersonal communications skills.
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Professional, energetic and positive attitude.
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 6 months experience in sales/retail activations or another environment with a strong customer focus
Preferred Qualifications
Computer skills including typing and prior experience using Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to meet and/or exceed sales quotas
